REAL Service Awards Intro

The REAL Service Awards is a program that was initiated in 2008 by Cochise County to recognize and reward employees who perform exemplary service outside of the normal function of their jobs.
Although the reasons for receiving the award vary, all recipients of the REAL Service Award have raised the standard of service for all Cochise County Employees.
The recipients to date are listed below.

"Going above and beyond his job duties to undertake the creation of a new set of County Maintained Road System Maps to meet the needs of the Highways Department and Cochise County citizens."

Simona La Motte

"For excellence in service and for providing a role model for recycling efforts in Cochise County Government."

"Performing CPR on an infant who was no longer breathing."
