This request was approved by the Cochise County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 (vote 5-2). It was subsequently appealed by two individuals within the 15-day appeal window. Both appeal hearings are scheduled to be heard by the Board of Supervisors on or after 10 am on April 20, 2021.
