Health Start Home Visiting

OverviewHealth Start Logo

If you are expecting or have a child under the age of 2 and are interested in having additional support in accessing health care, education, or assistance programs, Arizona Health Start can help!

The Health Start Program promotes healthy pregnancies and births. We bring program services to county residents in the comfort of their own homes through home visitation, virtual visits or community visits.

Our trained Health Educators guide families through their pregnancy and the first two years of their child's life using the evidence-based home visitation model Partners for a Healthy Baby (funded through Arizona Department of Health Services). We can connect you with a variety of community organizations that provide health care, education, parenting resources, and application assistance for other programs based on your family’s needs. We understand your culture, because we live in your community. We also understand what you’re going through, because we’ve helped families just like yours!
