Tobacco Health Educators can assist multi-family housing communities, businesses, or organizations in adopting a smoke-free policy for their facility. Services include consultation, materials, sample documents, staff/resident presentations, and cessation program referrals.
As part of the Statewide Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative, the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) funded Cochise County to deliver an Abstinence Plus Program by trained Health Educators.

In partnership with Duet, CHSS offers Finding Meaning and Hope, a free, virtual or in-person ten-part video discussion series based on the book Loving Someone Who Has Dementia: How to Find Hope While Coping With Stress and Grief, by Pauline Boss, PhD. The video series is the basis for structured weekly conversations led by trained facilitators.
The Health Start Program promotes healthy pregnancies and births. We bring program services to county residents in the comfort of their own homes through home visitation or virtual visits or we can provide visits out in the community.
