PAL - Parents of Addicted Loved ones

PAL provides free evidence-based education and support for parents, families, and spouses of addicted loved ones.

Educational topics include: 

Addiction Cycle, Traits and Behaviors, Delayed Emotional Growth, Role of the Family, Releasing your Loved One, Emotional Detachment, Setting Realistic Boundaries, Accepting Consequences, Enabling Behaviors, Financial Strings, Steps to Recovery, Recognizing Relapse. 

**Suggestions are offered in place of advice**

**Encouragement is provided in place of judgement**
