    To obtain copies of Superior Court records, please complete this form with the required* information. A search fee of $30.00 pursuant to A.R.S §12-284 may be added. Pursuant to Rule 29, Rules of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court Records Retention and Disposition Schedule, certain records may not be available. High volume or extensive search requests may prolong fulfillment times and may incur additional fees.

    Our office will contact you to confirm receipt of request. You will then be contacted with an estimate of costs.

  12. A commercial purpose is the use of all or part of a public or court record for the purpose of:
    ▪ sale, or resale;
    ▪ producing a document for sale;
    ▪ obtaining names and addresses from the record for the purpose of solicitation
    ▪ selling names and addresses from the record to another for the purposes of solicitation or other monetary gain; or
    ▪ any other purpose in which the purchaser can reasonably anticipate the receipt of monetary gain from the direct or indirect use of such public or court record.

    Commercial purpose does not mean the use of public or court record as evidence or as research for evidence in an action before a judicial or quasi-judicial body.

    Please note that one who obtains records for a commercial purpose without indicating the commercial purpose, or obtains the records for a noncommercial purpose and then uses or allows the use of the records for a commercial purpose, will be liable for damages in the amount of three times what the Court could have charged had it known, plus costs and attorneys' fees. ARS 39-121.03(c). Furthermore, if a false statement is given, the requestor may also be guilty of a felony. ARS 39-161.

    A research fee of $30.00 will be charged for searches conducted for commercial purposes as set out in ARS 12-284 A, Class E.
